Our employees receive a comprehensive health and safety orientation, company-specific safety training, project-specific safe work practices training, and OSHA 10-Hour certification. Along with other proprietary leadership and safety classes BCM offers best-in-class training to ensure our employees. In addition, we provide our employees with innovative equipment and tools they need to perform their work safely.

BCM has an exceptional pre-task/pre-job technique, adopted after joining the Comfort Systems USA family, “Think 5 x 5.” Whenever you are about to undertake a task, lift something, power up a tool, or take your vehicle out of gear, we expect you to TAKE 5 SECONDS AND TAKE 5 STEPS BACK to evaluate the situation. Look for hazards, have you got the proper training and equipment to proceed?
