About Us
A Tradition of Innovation
Building Automation
With thousands of successful projects completed since our founding in 1984, BCM Controls delivers systems that provide optimum energy efficiency, comfort and security. Our engineers leverage the latest technology to provide easy-to-use systems that offer performance and flexibility to facility owners and managers.
In 1997, BCM merged with Comfort Systems USA, the leading single-source, nationwide provider of mechanical, facility automation and integrated energy services. Today, the benefits of this merger include an extensive resource network, exceptional financial strength, national purchasing power and competitive employee benefits that attract and keep BCM’s talent.
In April of 2018, BCM acquired Advance Technology (ATI), a full-service provider of audio-visual, electronic security and patient security systems located in Scarborough, ME. The acquisition of ATI helped to expand BCM Controls’ geographic coverage within New England and bolstered the field and managed services offerings of both organizations. In January 2020, Advance Technology assumed the name of its parent company, BCM Controls Corporation.
