Tele Entry

In the Multi-Tenant market, BCM assists its customers in selecting the appropriate entry systems to suit the specific needs of the property.

BCM provides a variety of systems including:

Intercom – Standard 3-4 Wire Apartment Intercom Systems
Phone Bill Tele-Entry – Inexpensive to install, requires a live telephone line at the Main Entry Panel and in the Tenant Units.
No Phone Bill Tele-Entry – Operates the same as a Phone Bill System, however, it does not require a live phone line at the unit or in the tenant units. The system utilizes existing internal telephone wiring.
